What we do
Bishop Enterprises Holdings, LLC owns and operates the Bishop's Auto Care automotive repair shops. The company holds the shops' business assets, employs their staff and provides shared services — telephone and text messaging, scheduling, software and administration — so that each location can focus on repairing customers' vehicles.

Text messaging (SMS) terms
Our shops send text messages to customers about their own vehicles: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates ready for approval, parts and repair status, and vehicle‑ready notices. We do not send marketing texts.
- Opt‑in. You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number to a shop for service, or when you text a shop first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your vehicle's service. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt‑out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that shop. Reply HELP for help, or call the shop.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy policy
We collect the information needed to service your vehicle: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and repair history. We use it to perform and communicate about the work you authorize, and to contact you about your vehicle.
We do not sell or share your personal information, including your mobile phone number and text‑messaging consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate — for example our shop management, payment and telephone/messaging providers — and only for that purpose.
